Rena Mian joined Central West Ballet in 2011. She has distinguished herself in Lovers Sorrow from René Daveluy's Frankenstein, or the Modern Prometheus, in Foundation from Daveluy's Solitary Workers, as the Fortune Teller and as one of the Three Sisters in Daveluy's Dracula, as Prayer in Coppélia as well as in other repertoire created by Daveluy such as The Summer Knows in Summer Rhapsody and Adventuresque in Love Duets.

Rena Mian has also distinguished herself in Ronn Guidi's The Secret Garden, as the Autumn Fairy in Cinderella, as a Friend in Coppelia, in the Pas de Quatre from Swan Lake, as Tess Van Der Sar in Jan Clark Fugit and René Daveluy's Legend of Sleepy Hollow, as the Waltz Queen, Jewel Doll and Spanish Lead from The Nutcracker, as a Gypsy Sugar Rum in Nutcracker in Jazz (choreographed by Nicole Firpo Felver). Ms. Mian has also made her mark as a Benny Blossom from Nutcracker in Jazz, in Balanchine's Who Cares? in Giselle, in If I Had You and It Was A Very Good Year from Rat Pack in Revue, as well as Sweet Child 'O Mine from CWB Rocks. Other noteworthy performances include She Only Remembers, Pirates, Cowboys and Damsels, Pictures at an Exhibition, A Ballet for Marie, Solitary Workers, L'Arlésienne, Love Duets, A Parisian in New York, House of Folk, Summer Rhapsody, 1001 Nights, Purple Tribute, The Existence Project. and King Of Pop
